Why
should my congregation get copies of the Siddur?
It may not make sense for your congregation to purchase a new set of
Siddurim at this time, but having copies of this Siddur available as a
“companion” to your regular Siddur will really enhance the
prayer experience of many members and visitors to your services.
Those unfamiliar with the service can use the commentaries to get a sense
of the flow of the service, those who have difficulty with the Hebrew
can follow the transliteration, and everyone can use the translations
and meditations to help make the service more meaningful.
To facilitate going back and forth between this Siddur and the one your
congregation uses, you can download the
appropriate page guide and tape it inside the cover of Siddur Eit
Ratzon.
In addition to using Siddur Eit Ratzon as a companion Siddur, your congregation
can use multiple copies of the Siddur for learner’s services, for
courses on Jewish prayer, and for informal discussions.
If you like Siddur Eit Ratzon, please bring this message to the attention
of the Rabbi and lay leadership of your congregation.
