For one to four copies, the price per copy is $32, plus $6 per copy for shipping and handling (s/h), a total of $38 per copy.

For five to nine copies, the price per copy is $27 (15% off), plus $4 per copy for s/h, a total of $31 per copy.

For ten to forty-nine copies, the price per copy is $24 (25% off), plus $3 for s/h, a total of $27 per copy.

Large Print Version

For one to four copies, he price per copy is $32, plus $6 per copy for shipping and handling (s/h), a total of $38 per copy.
